kiko（打合せを手伝う Mac アプリ）が扱う情報と、その扱い方を説明します。

要点: 録音・録画・文字起こし・議事録・読み込んだ資料は、ご自分の Mac の中に保存します。odiften のサーバーには送りません。AI による処理は、ご自分で選んだ AI サービス（ご自分の契約）か、この Mac の中の AI で行います。Google ドライブは、ご自分で選んだファイルだけを読みます。

2. Google のデータ（Google ドライブ）の扱い
- kiko が Google に求める権限は、ご自分が Google の「ファイルを選ぶ画面」で選んだファイルだけを扱う権限（
drive.file）です。ドライブ全体は読みません。フォルダの中身も読みません。 - 選んだファイルは読むだけです。kiko がファイルを書き換えたり、作ったり、消したりすることはありません。
- 読んだ中身は、打合せの準備・議事録など、ご自分が使う機能のためだけに使います。広告には使いません。売りません。odiften が AI の学習に使うこともありません。
- 中身は、ご自分で選んだ AI サービスに、その機能のために送ることがあります（下の 3）。
- kiko が Google API から受け取った情報の利用と他のアプリへの受け渡しは、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。
- 許可はいつでも Google アカウントの「サードパーティのアクセス」 から取り消せます。
3. AI サービスへの送信
要約・助言・議事録の作成には、ご自分で選んだ AI を使います。この Mac の中の AI を選んだ場合は、外へ送りません。Claude Code（Anthropic）・Codex（OpenAI）など外の AI サービスを選んだ場合は、その機能に必要な文字起こし・資料・連絡の要約を、ご自分の契約のもとでそのサービスへ送ります。送った内容の扱いは、各サービスの規約・プライバシーポリシーとご自分の設定に従います。odiften はその通信の中身を受け取りません。
4. 文字起こし
文字起こしは、標準ではこの Mac の中で行います。外の文字起こしサービス（Google Gemini・OpenAI など）をご自分で選んだ場合だけ、音声をご自分の API キーでそのサービスへ送ります。
5. odiften に送られる情報
kiko アプリは、利用状況の計測（アクセス解析）を行いません。会議の中身・資料・連絡を odiften のサーバーへ送ることはありません。
6. このウェブサイト
このページは odiften.com にあります。odiften.com は、サイトへのアクセス状況を知るために Google アナリティクスを使っています。これはサイトについてのもので、kiko アプリには含まれていません。
7. 保存期間と削除
- 録音・録画・文字起こし・議事録は、ご自分で消すまで案件のフォルダに残ります。kiko の中の「保存容量を整理する」から、選んでゴミ箱へ移せます。
- つなぎ先の鍵は、つなぎ先を外すとキーチェーンから消します。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新して反映します。

1. Summary
kiko is a Mac app that helps with meetings. Recordings, transcripts, minutes, and the materials it reads are stored on your Mac. They are not sent to odiften's servers. AI processing uses the AI service you choose under your own account, or an AI running on your Mac. kiko does not include analytics.
2. Google user data (Google Drive)
- kiko requests only the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.filescope. It can access only the files you select in Google's file picker. It does not read your whole Drive or the contents of folders. - kiko only reads the selected files. It does not modify, create, or delete files.
- The content is used only to provide the features you use (meeting preparation and minutes). It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and odiften does not use it to train AI models.
- To provide these features, the content may be sent to the AI service you have chosen (see section 3).
- kiko's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke access at any time at your Google Account's third-party access page.
3. AI services
If you choose an external AI service such as Claude Code (Anthropic) or Codex (OpenAI), the text needed for the feature you use (transcripts, selected materials, and summaries of recent messages) is sent to that service under your own account and is handled according to that service's terms and your settings. If you choose an AI running on your Mac, nothing is sent outside. odiften does not receive this content.
4. Retention and deletion
Recordings, transcripts, and minutes stay in your project folders until you delete them. Credentials are kept in the macOS Keychain and removed when you disconnect a service.
