1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Reminder App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Reminder App provides task management, schedule display, reminders, attachments, location-based task conditions, and optional cloud sync features. Some features may depend on device permissions, operating system services, cloud backend availability, or app store services.

3. Your Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the tasks, notes, attachments, files, audio, photos, dates, locations, and other content that you create or store in Reminder App.

Please do not use Reminder App to store or share content that violates laws, infringes third-party rights, or causes harm to others.

4. Notifications and Location-Based Conditions

Reminder App can schedule notifications and location-based task conditions, but delivery is not guaranteed. Notifications may be delayed, suppressed, or unavailable due to operating system settings, battery restrictions, permission settings, network state, or other device behavior.

Do not rely on Reminder App as the sole method for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-risk reminders.

5. Calendar and Contacts

If you grant permission, Reminder App may read calendar and contact information available on your device to display schedule context or action shortcuts. Reminder App does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party calendar or contact data.

6. Cloud Sync and Attachments

If cloud sync or cloud attachments are enabled, task data, attachment metadata, and attachment files may be sent to odiften's cloud backend. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you sync or upload can lawfully be stored and processed through the service.

Cloud storage may be subject to storage limits, upload limits, download limits, file type restrictions, or fair-use restrictions shown in the app or related service pages.

7. Paid Plans and In-App Purchases

Reminder App may offer paid plans or in-app purchases, such as increased cloud attachment storage. Prices, billing period, storage limits, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation methods are shown in the app store purchase screen or in the app before purchase.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable app store/payment provider. Please follow the relevant store's procedures for cancellation and refund requests.

If the terms shown by the app store at the time of purchase differ from a general description on this website, the store purchase screen and applicable store terms control the purchase.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt Reminder App, its backend, or related infrastructure.
• Attempt to access another user's data without permission.
• Reverse engineer, abuse, or bypass purchase, storage, sync, or security mechanisms except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

odiften may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Reminder App where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, store policy compliance, or service improvement. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Disclaimers

Reminder App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. odiften does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, odiften is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Reminder App, including missed reminders, data loss, or service interruptions.

12. Privacy

How Reminder App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Reminder App after changes means that you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
